Love to dance but hate to workout? Are you tired of the same old aerobic routines? The “bellydance workout” is fun and easy and will stir your soul. In this workout you will learn to loosen up, learn to be graceful, and let your spirit soar with the fluid movements of this ancient exotic art. The warm-up period uses slow stretching movements to awaken your body and inner sensuality, leading you into a vigorous hip slimming, buttock-tightening, stomach-flattening bellydance workout. Through the art of bellydancing you may experience increased self-esteem, self-confidence, body acceptance, self-worth and raised consciousness. Bellydance does not discriminate by size, shape, age or nationality. Every bellydancer is beautiful in her own right.

This class is jam-packed with a variety of exciting, fresh moves that will work your whole body. Each week we will add new moves to the hottest music to complete a routine every month. Hip Hop is the fun way to burn calories, and these moves you can take to the dance floor.
